New Stephen Fry series here on BBC 2 - just watched with jules, and very revealing indeed, me and jules watched together, and she kept saying....OMG! - thats like you! - behaviour, youth, lows....though thankfully nothing like as severe as the people in the programme (including Stephen himself)
Lots resounded here..... something I have been aware of for some time now...... though I dont think I am in the minority here, it is something that really affects more of us than we would ever care to admit........ in hugely varying degrees of course....
Amazing, and quite real thing is that almost to a soul, when asked if they would give up this 'bi-polar' or manic depressive' thing that aflicts them, they almost all said no...... and most revealing, one guy said 'once you haved walked with angels, then it makes all the pain and suffering worthwhile'.....
Delusions of grandeur....... obsessiveness..... panic....from the highest high to deep ocean lows....
Sometimes you CAN'T make it on your own.
